Here at Ashland Capital Advisors, we want nothing more than to be your trusted partners in all aspects of your exit planning and business brokerage experience. We have a track record throughout two decades of helping entrepreneurs realize their financial goals by creating personalized strategies and helping them follow through. 
 
We believe that planning is essential to being prepared for a successful exit, whether it’s in the near or distant future. Ideally, business owners will have an exit plan in place when they enter a business. But we know that’s not always the case. We advocate for planning as soon as possible. If you didn’t start yesterday, there’s no better day to begin than today.  
 
Our services are all handcrafted. No two clients get the same strategy. Every business is unique, even two branches of the same franchise. We always listen first so our approach can be tailored to the specific needs of that client. We believe that our philosophy of listening first and teaching second makes our services unique and, ultimately, more thorough.  
 
Our Principal Advisor, Paul Pappageorge, has a range of skill sets that fit together perfectly to create Ashland Capital Advisors. Paul has run a business with more than 50 employees and has sold a variety of companies making him knowledgeable in the world of business and management. Paul is also a Certified Exit Planning Expert with a tax and finance background. 
 
Paul is also characterized by his experiences as a life-long learner and father. His curiosity began from a young age. He was referred to by family and friends as “The Little Professor,” always looking to learn. This kind of curiosity has lent itself well to his process of understanding each client as an exit planner. Being a parent is the ultimate exercise to help hone your listening skills. With three children, Paul considers himself a seasoned listener who is more than ready to listen to every detail of a client’s inquiry.
